Bob also believes in giving back to his community and is involved in a number of civic and regional service organizations including The Sterling Rotary Club since 1992.  

Laraine Hombach - Buyer Specialist

Laraine Hombach is a Buyer Specialist with Team Caines. A certified Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), she is able to pour her fifteen years of real estate experience into every purchase. She knows the area, having shown and sold property throughout Northern Virginia. Laraine's proven ability to find just the right home provide Team Caines' clients with a positive buying experience.

 Amanda Davidson - Buyer Specialist

Amanda Davidson is a buyer specialist with Team Caines. Growing up in Leesburg and now residing in Alexandria gives her insight to the many benefits Northern Virginia offers. With a degree in Business Management and a background in both real estate and mortgage origination she is able to provide her unique experience on each purchase.

Christine Bilek - Listing and Transaction Manager

As the Team's Office Manager and Bob's right-hand woman, Christine Bilek takes care of all listings and contracts, marketing tools and even maintains our website.  She has been a member of Team Caines for over 12 years and prides herself in successfully managing the office and ensuring that all of their clients' transactions are running smoothly.

Janel Keyser - Marketing and Listing Assistant

Janel Keyser brings a wealth of real estate experience with her to Team Caines. She and her husband have bought, managed, renovated and sold properties for many years and still continue to do so. Additionally, with a background in corporate and public accounting, she was just the person Bob needed to fill the Marketing and Listing Assistant's position with the Team.
